About Rug Pro Drop

Hi, we’re Rug Pro Drop — your convenient carpet cleaner delivery service right here in the Treasure Valley.

We created this business because we got tired of the same frustrating experiences everyone else was having. After trying professional carpet cleaners that left our carpets smelling less than fresh and still stained, and then dealing with dirty, poorly maintained Rug Doctor rentals from the big-box stores, we knew there had to be a better way. So we built one.

Meet the family behind Rug Pro Drop

I’m a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. After my service I ran a construction company for nearly nine years, then served as a peace officer. Life threw some health challenges my way (eleven surgeries), so I moved into retail management where I was successful — but the long hours, holidays, and weekends away from home were taking their toll.

My wife was an ER nurse for 23 years. After our fifth son she left nursing to stay home and raise our boys. We have five sons — our two oldest are proud Air Force men (one in special warfare and one stationed at Langley), and our three younger boys are still in school here in the Valley. Our family is all about the outdoors — camping, hunting, fishing — and our kids play local sports. Being present with them is the most important thing in our lives.

I grew up working in my grandfather’s television repair shop (he started it in 1953 and the family ran it until 2009). That’s where I learned the value of honest service, showing up for your customers, and treating every job like it’s your own home. That same mindset is what we bring to Rug Pro Drop every single day.

Why we do this

We want families to have a truly deep clean without the hassle or the rip-off feeling. We clean every machine ourselves between every rental — no exceptions. When you book with us, you’re not just renting equipment. You’re supporting a local, veteran-owned, family-run business that genuinely cares about doing things right.

Thanks for letting us help keep your home clean and your weekends free.
We’re proud to serve the Treasure Valley.
